John DeVore, General Manager
John DeVore began work for Lakeview Light & Power in August of 2016. Prior to working at LL&P, he had worked at Weyerhaeuser Company’s corporate headquarters for 14 years in various finance managerial roles. He is also actively involved in the ministries of his church, serving as an elder and teacher. He is excited to be part of the LL&P team working with a highly skilled staff and engaged board. Mr. DeVore has volunteered as a leader with many local organizations such as the March of Dimes – South Sound Division, Care Net of Puget Sound, Feed My Starving Children, and Emergency Food Network. He has also coached student athletes through Bethel Recreation Association, Summit Parkland Youth Association, and Graham Eagles Youth Football. Since LL&P is a company that provides one of life’s daily necessities, he feels it is important to reinvest in the community. He looks forward to sustaining LL&P’s commitment to safely providing great customer service and reliable cost-based power to the community.
Mark Hadman, Operations Superintendent
Mr. Hadman began work for Lakeview as Groundman in 1978 and later moved to the positions of Apprentice Lineman and Journeyman Lineman. He went back to school in the evening to become a Journeyman Meter Technician and was promoted to Operations Superintendent in 2000. Mr. Hadman is responsible for all Operations and Maintenance employee
Bob Truesdell, Chief Financial Officer
Bob Truesdell has been with Lakeview for over seven years and has over thirty years’ experience in finance as Controller and CFO. He has diverse experience in manufacturing, distribution, hospitality. Bob graduated from Eastern Washington University with a B.A. in accounting and is responsible for Finance, Customer Service and IT. Bob lives in Lakewood and collects and restores antique clocks as a hobby.
