As part of our ongoing effort to optimize our customer service to you, we will be adjusting our hours of operation slightly In October. Effective Monday, October 2nd our closing time will change to 5:30 p.m. (rather than 6 p.m.).
Our opening time will remain at 7 a.m., with our office being open Monday through Thursday. Our analysis has shown that we have substantially more calls and commerce during the first half hour, as opposed to the last half hour of the day. Being fully staffed at 7 a.m. will enable us to serve you more efficiently. This will result in expedited service to people paying their bills in person, as well as allow us to respond to more calls.
