Each Member requesting copies of the books or records of the corporation shall specify the information they are requesting and provide a written statement that states the request is for proper purposes and that such information will not be disclosed.
The form of acknowledgment below will be used unless the Corporation’s legal counsel recommends it differently.
I am a member of Lakeview Light & Power and have requested copies of certain company information described below.
Member shall hold and maintain the information in the strictest confidence for the sole and exclusive benefit of LLP. Member shall carefully restrict access to confidential Information. Member shall not, without prior written approval of LLP, use for Receiving Party’s own benefit, publish, copy, or otherwise disclose to others, or permit the use by others for their benefit or to the detriment of LLP, any Confidential Information. Member shall return to LLP any and all records, notes, and other written, printed, or tangible materials in its possession pertaining to confidential information immediately if LLP requests it in writing.
